From February 5 to 27, 2025, the Aeronautical Meteorological Department (AMD), led by the Director of the Department and accompanied by several technical officers, participated in the training and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for the Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) provided by VAISALA at Techo International Airport. The installation of meteorological equipment is essential for providing weather-related information to support aircraft operations and the overall aviation sector within the airport. After completing the training and SAT, the SAT documents were officially signed by the Director of the AMD and representatives of the relevant partners.
