·       Enhance the quality of aeronautical meteorological services

·       Enhance the technology for receiving and transmitting meteorological data through modern systems

·       Develop the capacity of technical personnel through core skill training programs at both national and international levels

·       Strengthen cooperation with partners who are members of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO)

·       Upgrade aeronautical meteorological equipment
