The Aeronautical Meteorological Department, under the direct leadership of the Department Director, led a working group to conduct step-by-step inspections with participation from CAIC and Trust Global Service on the installation of meteorological equipment including AWOS (Automated Weather Observing System), Himawari, and D-ATIS at Techo International Airport. The team carried out inspections starting from the initial phases such as site selection for equipment installation, foundation construction for the equipment, up to the completion of the installation, ensuring that all processes complied strictly with technical specifications and the requirements of international 4F airport standards. Testing and verification were conducted by experts from Vaisala Factory and other relevant partners.
